Albert L. Wittlinger, 77, of Harmony, formerly of Manheim, died Tuesday at Evergreen Nursing Center.

Born Jan. 22, 1930, in Miller-sville, he was the son of Ruth E. Wittlinger Dommel.

Mr. Wittlinger was a Navy veteran. He enjoyed working on cars and trucks, attending car shows and flea markets, listening to the Bible on tape, and he loved his dog, Honey.

He is survived by two sons, Thomas L. Wittlinger and his wife, Els, of Renfrew and Timothy L. Wittlinger and his wife, Marie, of Lebanon; three grandsons, Jason MacDonald of Fayette, Thomas L. Wittlinger Jr. and Max C. Wittlinger, both of Renfrew; and several cousins.

He was preceded in death by a son, James Wittlinger, and a daughter, Mimi Beth Wittlinger.
