Marie R. McCready, 93, of Valencia died Une 10 at the Arbors at Valencia Woods.

Born Aug. 25, 1913, in Oakmont, she was the daughter of William D. and Marie Reilly Clark

She had been a secretary for the St. Barnabas Health System.

Mrs. McCready was a member of St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Butler and a former member of the Altar Guild and the Episcopal Church Women's Group.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Mayes (Cheryl) Mathews of Toano, Va.; nine grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; five step-great-grandchildren, and Ron Riggs of Butler.

Preceding her in death were her first husband, Robert Hess, whom she married in 1933, and who died 1965; her second husband, G. Colin McCready; two daughters, Sandra Douglas and Roberta Voltz; and two brothers.

<B>MCCREADY </B>— There will be no visitation. A memorial service for Marie R. McCready, who died Sunday, June 10, 2007, will be held at 4 p.m. June 30 at St. Peter's Episcopal Church.
