Marion Marlene Bell, 59, of Petrolia Road, Petrolia, died at 5:29 p.m. Monday at the UPMCMontefiore hospital in Pittsburgh after a long illness.

Born Nov. 23, 1947, in Fairview Township, near Karns City, she was a daughter of the late William Floyd and Maude Nellis Steele.

She was a Protestant and was a 1965 graduate of Karns City High School.

Surviving are her companion, Charles L. Hamilton of Petrolia; five daughters, Tonya E. Roxberry and her husband, Dale E., of Fairview, near Petrolia, Charlene R. Davis of Bruin, Rhonie S. Watterson and her husband, Mark W., and Michelle L. Bell, all of Slippery Rock, and Kacie L. Brown and her husband, Matthew, of Petrolia; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Also surviving are a brother, James W. Steele and his wife, Darlene, of Kittanning; a sister, Shirley L. Haley of Karns City; and several nieces and nephews.

<B>BELL </B>— Friends of Marion Marlene Bell, who died Monday, June 4, 2007, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the <B>Richard D. Hillis Funeral Home</B>, 102 Argyle St., Petrolia. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home with the Rev. Richard Rowe, a retired Presbyterian minister, officiating. Burial will follow at the Bear Creek Cemetery, Petrolia.Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 300 Penn Center Blvd., Suite 602, Pittsburgh, PA 15235
