Marion L. MacPherson, 76, of Mars died Feb. 3 at the Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born May 21, 1930, in Mars, she was the daughter of Claude and Alice Kincade MacPherson.

She was a Protestant and had retired from the Mine Safety Appliance Co. after more than 30 years.

Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Martha Balfour of Georgia, and nieces and nephews.
