No I don't belive children go to hell if they weren't baptized before they died. God is the one to create the child. So why would He deny his child of heaven? That child didn't make the choice not to be baptized. The parent did. So therefore I don't believe God would punish the child or the parents for that matter. I think all religions teach that He is very forgiving. Also in my opinion the child isn't or wouldn't be old enough to have any mortal sins either, and would have no reason for not going into heaven where they righfully belong.

In some ways I agree with you, and in some ways I don't. In my community we don't drive our big fancy cars to church on Sunday mornings, and wear what riches we own. There are a number of our church members that wear the dress with heels, or suits and ties. Also though we have members in jeans and tee shirts or sweatshirts. Only most the people in my church that do dress up do it on an everyday occasion. I run into our church members on occasions outside of church, and they dress nice everywhere they go. So it's not just church. Give I don't go to other churches to see how they dress or act, but from my church we don't try to "show off" for anyone. I am catholic, and believe the same thing you have stated. God doens't care what we wear, drive, or how we live. He is happy with us just the way we truley are. For the ones that think fancy is better...then they need to realize money comes from satan himself. Greedy is what God is not.

As far as Baptism and not doing it until you yourself can acceept the Lord. Baptism is for the Parents and God Parents to accept God for you until you are old enough, and understand enough to accept Him yourself. As a Catholic we also have First Communion where the child accepts Christ's body and Blood, and the the Sacrament of Confirmation where the child accepts God themselves. IF you supposedly read the Bible like you do. Then you would see these Sacraments. I am sorry that you feel that Church fooled you. Maybe you need to find a diffrent Congregation, or change your religion to find the real meaning. Also you got one other thing wrong. God already has your life planned our. You don't need to seek what His plans are, you need to Listen, and follow His ways. Think of it this way also. If it wasn't for Man teaching God's way, and reading His words, then how would anyone know what God was saying? This world is bad enough, and without Man teaching God's way this world would be completely lost, and without any hope.
