Lillian Biglia Loboda

Lillian Biglia Loboda, 90, an eight-year resident of Ford City, formerly of Valencia, died Thursday at the ACMH Hospital, Kittanning.

Born Oct. 31, 1916, in East Brady, she was the daughter of Joseph and Madelena Sorba Biglia.

She had been a secretary for the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, Harrisburg.

Mrs. Loboda was a member of the Christ Prince of Peace Catholic Church, Ford City.

She had a great sense of humor and enjoyed watching the animals from her home, traveling and cooking.

She is survived by a sister, Mary Beglia Fracchia of Ford City; a niece, Pamela Benetict of Boston; two great-nieces, and two great-nephews.

A sister preceded her in death.

<B>LOBODA </B>— Friends of Lillian Biglia Loboda, who died Thursday, Dec. 14, 2006, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the <B>Mantini Funeral Home</B>, 701 Sixth Ave., Ford City. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Christ Prince of Peace Catholic Church with the Rev. Edward Lewis officiating.Burial will be at the St. Mary Cemetery.A vigil for the deceased will be held at 2:15 p.m. today at the funeral home.Prayers for the transfer of the body will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
