Pennsylvania’s senior citizens are reminded that the open enrollment period for Medicare begins Thursday, Oct. 15. Through the Pennsylvania MEDI (Medicare Education and Decision Insight) program operated by Butler County’s Area Agency on Aging, Butler County senior citizens can get help navigating the open enrollment process.

Counselors for the MEDI program can assist senior citizens in making informed decisions about their health insurance.
