Elizabeth "Betty" E. Kite McCormick, 88, of Evans City died Tuesday morning at UPMC Passavant Hospital in McCandless Township.

Born Sept. 11, 1918, in New Castle, she was the daughter of George W. and J. Helen Bell Kite.

She was a member of the Westminster United Presbyterian Church in Evans City.

Mrs. McCormick was retired from T.W. Phillips, where she worked as a stenographer.

Surviving are a son, James R. McCormick and his wife, Amelia, of Evans City; a daughter, Nancy Kirkwood and her husband, Donald, of London; and 10 grandchildren, Rebecca Domhoff, Lisa McCormick, James McCormick, Jessica McCormick, John McCormick, Jill Kirkwood, Jeffrey Kirkwood, Richard McCormick, Cathy McCormick and Leonardo McCormick.

Also surviving are six great-grandchildren, Zachary Domhoff, Callie Domhoff, Corrinne Domhoff, Caedyn McCormick, Ryanne McCormick and Eden McCormick.

<B>McCORMICK </B>—<B> </B>Friends of Elizabeth "Betty" E. Kite McCormick, who died Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2006, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at <B>A. CARL KINSEY-RONALD N. VOLZ FUNERAL HOME</B>, 328 W. Main St., Evans City. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Westminster United Presbyterian Church, 330 E. Main St., Evans City. The Rev.
