Nick Rossmiller doubled and hit a home run while teammate Tim Geibel doubled and tripled to spark the East Butler A's to an 8-2 victory over Butler Piroch Steel City Rollers in Mid-County Colt baseball play Saturday.

Ryan Geibel added a single and double for the victors and C.J. Suggs doubled.

Bill Roberts homered for Butler while Ryan McCommon and Steve Bartley both singled.

Saxonburg Thrower's 8, Meridian W. Rick's 1 — David Govan struck out 17 batters and surrendered just two hits in the win.Matt Lefever contributed to the victory with a double and home run, Dustin Harvey had a double and Jason Robinson a single.Josh Miller and Matt Crawford both singled for Meridian.
