The Pennsylvania Game Commission and the Northwest Sportsmen for Youth will hold youth field days in Butler and Mercer counties in June.

The Butler County youth field day will be June 3 at the Butler City Hunting and Fishing Club.

The Mercer County youth field day will be June 3 at the Grove City Sportsmen's Club.

The event offers the opportunity for youngsters to try rifle shooting, archery, trapping, fishing and other outdoors activities.

There is no charge to attend, but participants must register in advance by calling the Game Commission Northwest Region office at 814-432-3187 after 6 p.m.
