Jake Thompson tripled and singled four times and DustinDeFrancis pitched five strong innings and also singled three times as the Center Township White Sox beat Moniteau 17-3 in Mid-County Pony League action Wednesday.

Greg McWilliams added four hits and Tyler Vidmar collected three more for the White Sox.

TonyCampbell homered and singled for Moniteau.

Butler Moose 16, UAA Giants 6 — Kris Ricker and Carrick Harp each singled three times and doubled and Derek Lenhart singled three times for the Moose.Brad Fuhrer hit a grand slam, Nick Lepresti singled twice and AaronMarkle singled for the Giants.

Mars Weaver Builders 12, Saxonburg Dr. Tile 6 — Colt Berneberg doubled and drove in two runs and Harrison McGhee and Donald McGhee played slick defense in the Mars' victory.

Zelienople Harmony Mathew Jewelers 15, Slate Lick 9 — Spencer Mathew hit a home run, double, singled twice and drove in four runs, Sam Bucci had two doubles and four RBI and NoahWallace homered and doubled as Mathew Jewelers downed Slate Lick.Jason Hinchberger and Eric Dunn each had two hits and scored two runs and Andy Wagner had three singles and double and scored two runs for Slate Lick.Federation Pony League

Butler Township 13, Pine-Richland 2 — CodyWheeler stuck out seven batters in five innings of work and also singled twice, Chase Rodgers singled twice and Jordan Allen tripled in the Butler win.
