Cole Baxter struck out 10 batters in five innings and added a double, and Jake Thompson added three singles as the Center Township White Sox downed Mars Northstar Pontiac 8-2 in Mid County Pony baseball.

Greg McWilliams added a double and triple, and Matt Slamecka had two singles for the White Sox.

Mars received two singles from Josiah Kenyon.

Mars Weavers 10, Meridian Right Electric 7— Jordan Mullins (three) and Ryan McKenzie (seven) combined for 10 strikeouts while Ryan Skirtich collected two RBI in the win.Ronnie Glassman had six strikeouts and Kyle Carson added four for Meridian.

Zelienople Harmony Inn 14, Saxonburg Laurel Savings Bank 5— Christian Durbin and Alex Crawford had two hits and three RBI each and Tyler Buzinsky added three hits for Zelie.Branchler and DeWalt had two hits apiece and Hennig one hit for Saxonburg.

Slate Lick 3, Saxonburg Glassmere 1—Eric Dunne had a home run and Andy Wagner had 11 strikeouts for Slate Lick. Keck and Wolford each singled for Saxonburg.
