The Butler Eagle sports department is seeking reader input for its weekly youth sports page, which will consist of subject matter pertaining to all youth sports.

The Family Turkey Tennis Tournament will be held Nov. 18 at the Oxford Athletic Club in Wexford.The tourney is a two-tier Parent-Child One event. One segment is geared for parents and their teenage children, the other for parents and their younger children.Cost is $20 for Oxford members and $25 for non-members. The Karns City Area Athletic Association girls softball and boys and girls T-Ball League will hold a 6 p.m. meeting Sunday on the lower level of the Chicora Moose.Nominations and election of new officers for the 2006 season will take place. Officers are needed for the league to continue. Interested parties for holding an office, managing a team or volunteering are encouraged to attend.
The Butler High School swimming and diving team will conduct a swim and dive clinic Nov. 12 and 19 at the high school pool.Swimming sessions are from 9 to 10:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. to noon.
