BC3 offering adult English, reading and math classes

BUTLER TWP - The Adult Literacy Program at Butler County Community College is looking for adults who want to improve their reading, writing, math and computer skills.

These adult learners will get free instruction in English, reading and/or math.

The program also offers free GED instruction for the official GED test.

Classes and schedules are:

GED Prep - 6 to 9 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays at BC3's main campus.

GED Prep - 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesdays at BC3's Cranberry Campus.

GED Prep - At a distance, call for details.

Writing for GED, Workplace and Life Skills - 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursdays at BC3's main campus.

Reading Strategies - 1 to 4 p.m. Wednesdays at BC3's main campus.

Math Review - 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesdays at BC3's main campus.

Math Review - 6 to 9 p.m. Thursdays at Cranberry Center.

English as a Second Language - 9 a.m. to noon Wednesdays at BC3's main campus.

English as a Second Language - 6 to 9 p.m. Thursdays at BC3's main campus.
