James Lee Wolfe Jr.

James Lee Wolfe Jr., 37, of Zelienople, formerly of Sewickley, died Monday afternoon at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, from injuries received in a construction accident in Gibsonia.

Born in Ravenna, Ohio, Nov. 3, 1966, he was the son of James L. and Elizabeth G. "Betsy" Lewis Wolfe Sr.

He was a 1985 graduate of North Allegheny High School, and was a self-employed building contractor and owned Wolfe Construction Co., Zelienople.

He was a softball player for the Butler YMCA team, and raced micro sprints in Indiana, Pa. He also belonged to a bowling league at Zelie Lanes and was a member of the Builders' Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh.

Surviving are a daughter, Autumn Paige Conley of Cranberry Township; his parents of Sewickley; two sisters, Mrs. Brian (Judy) Abbs of Sewickley and Mrs. William (Cami) Foltz of Valencia; and six nieces, Becca, Heather, Caitlin and Abigail Foltz, and Mollee and Madison Abbs.

WOLFE - Friends of James Lee Wolfe Jr., who died Monday, March 22, 2004, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at McDONALD-AEBERLI FUNERAL HOME, 238 Crowe Ave., Mars. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Route 910, Gibsonia. The Rev. Joel Benson will officiate. Everyone is asked to please meet at the church. Burial will be in Holy Savior Cemetery, Richland Township.Memorial donations may be made to the Autumn Paige Conley Education Fund, c/o First Commonwealth Bank, Attention: Mary Beth Consolo, 1001 Village Run Road, Wexford, PA 15090.
