These items were collected from various police departments:

Sept. 13 — Angela M. Agati, 54, of Munhall, was charged with a first-offense DUI, following an Aug. 23 vehicle crash on Route 19, Jackson Township.Police said security footage shows Agati driving at a high rate of speed before losing control and hitting a guard rail. Agati appeared intoxicated, police said, and she was taken to a Pittsburgh hospital for injuries suffered in the crash.A later blood test showed her blood-alcohol content at .225%, and in Pennsylvania, a level of .08% is considered intoxicated.Sept. 8 — Michelle L. Johnston, 37, of Butler, was charged with drug and paraphernalia possession, related to a Sept. 6 report of a woman running around screaming inside an apartment on the 200 block of Main Street.Police said Johnston admitted to smoking crystal meth, and that they found a bag of crystal meth laying on the living room floor.

5:30 p.m. Sept. 16 — Police responded to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of state Route 2014 and state Route 3003. Police said Ann Martin, 39, of Butler, was cited after she failed to yield to oncoming traffic as she made a left-hand turn, which caused a collision with a vehicle driven by Christine Cupps, 55, of Butler. Police said Martin was uninjured in the crash. Cupps was treated at the scene, but was not transported for further treatment.

6:15 p.m. Sept. 14 — Police arrested and charged Jianhui Li, 41, of Flushing, N.Y., with felony counts of prostitution and criminal use of communication facility, as well as misdemeanor counts of prostitution and possessing criminal instruments.Police said they sent an undercover officer to solicit the illicit services of Li. Police said a transaction occurred, and upon payment with marked bills, other officers entered the room to make the arrest.SRUSept. 14 — Two men were charged related to a Sept. 11 report of two men carrying road signs on Kiester Road, Slippery Rock.Joshua T. Sobeck, 19, of Coraopolis, was charged with three counts stolen property and one count criminal mischief; and Anthony J. Guidone, 19, of Pittsburgh, was charged with one count receiving stolen property.Police said they encountered the two men holding multiple signs, and Sobeck was urinating on the outside of a portable restroom. The signs appeared to belong to the University Village parking lot.Police said the two men had been drinking, and when asked, they said they found the signs lying on the ground. Police later viewed security footage and said it showed the two removing the signs from their posts.Sept. 9 — Clemente B. Runas III, 22, of Tarentum, was charged with a first-offense DUI, stemming from a Sept. 5 traffic stop on Kiester Road, Slippery Rock. Police said they stopped the vehicle for crossing lines on the road. Police said they could smell alcohol in the vehicle, and field sobriety tests showed Runas was impaired. Police said a later breath test showed Runas' blood-alcohol content at .08%, and in Pennsylvania, a level of .08% is considered intoxicated.

Sept. 15 — Karlee C. Kovalchik, 30, of Harrisville, was charged with felony child endangerment and a first-offense DUI, related to a July 1 report of an erratic driver on Route 8 in Clay Township.Police said they stopped the vehicle for fluctuation of speeds between 30 and 45 mph in a 55 mph zone and for crossing lines on the road. Police said Kovalchik's responses were slow and sluggish, and field sobriety tests showed she was impaired.Police said a later blood test showed Kovalchik had marijuana and Phenibut in her system. Police said there was a minor in the vehicle during the stop.

Sept. 14 — Scott A. Ganss, 31, of Tarentum, was charged with drug and paraphernalia possession, related to a July 7 traffic stop at the intersection of South Pike and Harbison roads, Buffalo Township.Police said they stopped the vehicle for a sticker covering the center brake light. Ganss was a passenger in the vehicle, and when police asked him to step out of the vehicle, they noticed an alleged full stamp bag just outside. Police were given permission by the driver to search the vehicle and found seven full stamp bags and eight empty. Police said Ganss admitted the items were his.
