These items were collected from various police departments.

8:14 p.m. Friday — Carl Ealy, 67, of Butler, was charged with driving with a license suspended for driving under the influence related offenses after he was stopped for an alleged vehicle registration violation at the intersection of East Wayne and South McKean streets in Butler.

9:38 a.m. Friday — Mid-Atlantic Youth Services reported a 17-year-old male from North Braddock escaped from its facility on Dakota Lane in Allegheny Township.

10 p.m. Dec. 24 — Vehicles driven by Shane J. Carr, 28, of West Sunbury, and Jason A. Wiles, 42, of Harrisville, were involved in an accident on Harmony Road at Franklin Road. Alexzander B. Byers, 20, of Slippery Rock, a passenger in Carr’s vehicle, was taken by ambulance to Grove City Medical Center with a possibly injury. Debris from the crash struck a car parked in a driveway.

1:49 p.m. Dec. 21 — A vehicle driven by Jeffrey L. Anesin, 44, of Saxonburg, struck a gas meter at 838 Ekastown Road in Clinton Township before striking a tree. Anesin was not taken to a hospital and it was not known if he was injured.

6:02 p.m. Dec. 23 — An unknown driver pulling out onto Oneida Valley Road from the side of the road struck a northbound vehicle driven by Jose A. Vargas Zapata, 34, of Butler. The crash occurred just west of Chicora in Summit Township. There were three passengers, including two children, in Vargas Zapata’s vehicle. No injuries were reported.

12:54 a.m. Dec. 15 — A car driven by Logan R. Huebner, 27, of Morristown, Tenn., traveled off I-79 at mile marker 97.2 in Muddy Creek Township. The vehicle traveled 200 feet through the grass median, hit an embankment and flipped on to its roof. Huebner was not injured.
