4:41 p.m. Monday — Andrew J. McCue, 33, of Butler was allegedly found with suspected drugs and contraband following his arrest on a warrant at the Butler Crossing shopping plaza. Police said he had full and empty stamp bags and syringes.

McCue is charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

12:11 a.m. Sunday — Jesse L. Edmondson, 32, of Harrisville was arrested for driving under the influence on East Pine Street. He is charged with DUI, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving a vehicle without valid inspection.

1:58 a.m. Monday — Alicia Peters, 28, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance on the 500 block of West Cunningham Street in Butler.2:32 a.m. Sunday — Brandon E. Abbott, 22, of Butler was arrested for driving under the influence at Whitestown and South Eberhart roads in Butler Township. He is charged with DUI, failing to stop at a red light and careless driving.1:02 a.m. Sunday — Jeffrey Carey, 46, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of DUI on Route 68 at Main Street in Connoquenessing Township.11:26 p.m. Saturday — Matthew M. Baptiste, 21, of Butler was arrested after he allegedly assaulted a 19-year-old Greenville, Mercer County, woman during a domestic dispute on Old East Butler Road in Oakland Township.Baptiste was arraigned on charges of simple assault and harassment, and placed in the Butler County Prison on $10,000 bond.2:28 a.m. Saturday — Zachary D. Hinchberger, 28, of Butler was arrested for drunken driving at Pleasantview and East Boyd avenues in Butler. He is charged with DUI.12:45 a.m. Friday — David Betten, 32, of Carnegie, Allegheny County, was caught for suspected DUI after a traffic stop on Interstate 79 in Cranberry Township.5:26 p.m. Thursday — Jerald Carben, 55, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of DUI after police got a call for a disabled vehicle on Route 422 east near Bonniebrook Road in Summit Township.11:09 a.m. Thursday — A 29-year-old Prospect woman was found with illegal drugs and a firearm after police were called to a home on the 300 block of Pfeifer Road in Muddy Creek Township for a mental health commitment. She was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital for a mental health evaluation.Drug possession charges are pending against the woman, whom police did not identify.

5:26 p.m. Monday — Three unknown suspects allegedly shoplifted $700 worth of merchandise at the Nike store at Premium Outlets in Springfield Township. Police described one suspect as a black male and two as black females.
