12:03 a.m. May 3 — William George Dreyer, 35, of Kittanning, was charged with two counts of disorderly conduct and harassment. Police were called to an Allegheny County homes in Cowanshannock Township for reports of a domestic dispute. At the home, police allegedly found Dreyer trying to enter a home occupied by a woman. The woman told police she didn’t want to let him in because he was too drunk and feared for her safety. She said that Dreyer had been yelling at her and incessantly banged on the door. Dreyer then agreed to sleep on a couch outside the home, but as police began to leave, Dreyer allegedly began to call and yell for the woman. So, police once again told Dreyer to sleep on the couch. They left, but within five minutes they got a call from the woman that Dreyer was “acting up again.” Dreyer told police he was just calling the woman. Police then arrested him.

6:36 a.m. April 29 — An unnamed minor was driving north on SR210 in Plumcreek Township when he hit the back left side of another car driven by Amanda J. Gearhart, 34, of Shelocta. Shelocta attempted to travel west on Racetrack Road when the crash occurred. Shelocta was treated for minor injuries and the minor was unscathed.
