3:52 p.m. Sunday — Raymond A. Marburger Jr., 60, of Zelienople was stopped allegedly following a woman on the 200 block of North Main Street. The woman earlier reported to police that a man in a pickup truck was honking the horn at her, blowing her kisses and motioning for her to come over to him.

She recounted the man had driven around the block where she lives “a few times,” according to court documents. He eventually parked a half block away and, the woman told police, it appeared he was waiting for her.

She also accused the man of doing “the same thing to her in the past,” police said, and saying she thought he was propositioning her.

Police found Marburger in the parked truck as the woman described. He claimed he had pulled over to make a phone call. He also admitted that he had waved “at a girl.”

Marburger was taken to the police station where a check of records showed the victim had made a similar report Nov. 9 of a man matching his description.
