Police said they pulled over Yoder about 11 p.m. July 7 near Church Road after a series of lane violations. She admitted that she did not have a valid driver’s license.

A consent search of her pickup truck turned up turned pill bottles containing anti-anxiety medication for which she had no prescription, according to court documents.

Pilch was taken to the state police barracks in Butler Township, where he submitted to a Datamaster breath test that showed his blood-alcohol level was 0.250 percent. A level of 0.08 percent is considered intoxicated under state law.

He is charged with driving under the influence and speeding.
