These items have been collected from various police departments.

6:28 p.m. Friday — A one-vehicle accident happened on Interstate 79 near West Park Road in Worth Township. According to police, Nehaben Desai, 46, of Richmond Hill, Ontario, was driving a Dodge Caravan south on I-79 when she lost control of the vehicle and hit a guide rail. The Grand Caravan went into the grass median following the collision.

Desai and her six passengers were not injured.

2:45 p.m. Friday — A one-vehicle accident happened on Interstate 79 just east of West Park Road in Worth Township. Daniel Ternent, 19, of Pittsburgh was driving a Chevrolet Impala at an unsafe speed when the vehicle left the road and hit a guide rail on the east side of the highway, according to documents. The collision was caused, in part, because of the vehicle’s bald tires.

Neither Ternent nor his passenger were injured. Ternent was cited with tire equipment and traction surfaces.

1:23 a.m. June 9 — A one-vehicle accident at the intersection of Branchton and Franklin roads in Slippery Rock Township resulted in a man being charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. Jacob Christian Hoover, 25, of Slippery Rock collided his vehicle with a guide rail while trying to make a right turn.

Upon investigation, police said he was under the influence of alcohol.
