8:30 p.m. Wednesday — A Center Township man was cited for harassment following an incident on Sunflower Road in Center Township.

Aaron Bellis, 53, allegedly sprayed his neighbor with Mace, Shawn Johns, 45, of Center Township during an argument about Johns’ dog.

7:29 p.m. Friday — A one-vehicle accident occurred on Route 28 in East Deer Township.

Corrine Truckley, 19, of Brackenridge, Pa., was driving south on Route 28 when the vehicle in front of her slowed suddenly. Truckley, driving a Ford Escape, hit the breaks and the vehicle hit a cement barrier on the west side of the road.

Truckley was cited with following too closely. The Escape was towed. East Deer EMS and East Deer Fire Department were on scene.

Thursday — A 28-year-old white male, of Russelton, Pa., was charged with receiving stolen property.

The man was in custody for a bench warrant when he allegedly admitted he possessed an Emporio Armani watch given to him by a 22-year-old white female, of Gibsonia, Pa. The woman allegedly said she kept the watch after it was mislaid by its previous owner.

It is unknown if the previous owner had legitimately obtained the watch.

Midnight – 2 a.m. Wednesday — Police are investigating a burglary and theft that happened at a campsite on Route 1035 in Boggs Township.

Between the hours listed, an unknown person or people removed the screws to a padlock and entered the camp, and then took a trail camera belonging to a 32-year-old white male, of Boggs Township.

Anyone with information regarding this incident should call state police at 724-543-2011.

12:25 p.m. May 27 — A Pittsburgh man was charged with drug possession following a traffic stop on Route 28 in South Buffalo Township.

Jibreel Hasan Muhammad, 33, of Pittsburgh was stopped by police for a steer clear violation when an officer noticed the odor of marijuana inside the vehicle. Upon further investigation, police said, it was determined that Muhammad was in possession of marijuana.

7 p.m. May 23 — A theft happened in the 100 block of Lakeside Drive in Sugarcreek Township.

A female who lives on Lakeside Drive allegedly took $110 from another female’s purse.

The incident was investigated and no charges will be filed.
