Butler Police6:12 p.m. Sunday — Anthony L. Murray, 25, was arrested after he allegedly pushed his pregnant girlfriend to the ground during a domestic dispute at his North Main Street Apartment. Police said Murray also repeatedly hit Lisa Clement, who suffered scrapes to her left forearm and collarbone.Murray was arraigned on a charge of simple assault and placed in Butler County Prison on $10,000 bail.Sunday — Edward J. Lockhart, 35, of Pittsburgh was arrested after he allegedly assaulted his girlfriend, Candace Winstead, during a domestic dispute at her apartment on the 300 block of Virginia Avenue.Winstead told police that Lockhart punched her three times in the face and grabbed her by the throat and choked her.Lockhart was arraigned on a charge of simple assault and placed in Butler County Prison on $5,000 bail.Thursday — Jessica M. Harbison, 30, of Sarver was charged with drunken driving stemming from a 2:42 p.m. Dec. 4 crash on Route 8 near Mac’s Cafe.Police said Harbison lost control of her sport utility vehicle, crossed the road just south of Pepperland Boulevard and struck a stop sign and guardrail. When police got there, she appeared impaired and admitted she takes three prescription medications.Harbison was taken for a blood test at Butler Memorial Hospital after failing field sobriety tests. Toxicology reports showed her blood-alcohol level was 0.215 percent, more than double the state’s 0.08 percent legal limit.Additionally, the reports showed the presence of antidepressant and anti-anxiety medications in her system. She is charged with driving under the influence of a combination of alcohol and drugs.

Grove City PoliceTuesday — Police found an abandoned bicycle near South Broad Street. The owner can claim the bike at the police station at 337 E. Pine St.4 p.m. Monday — Zachary Surrena, 21, of Grove City was arrested on a warrant from state probation and parole authorities for absconding supervision. He was placed in Mercer County Jail.

State Police, ButlerMonday — Police charged Jessicka A. West, 28, of Butler with shoplifting $426 worth of perfume Jan. 30 from the Boscov’s store at Clearview Mall in Center Township.Because of her past arrests for shoplifting, she is charged with a felony count of retail theft. She also is charged with misdemeanor receiving stolen property.1:38 a.m. Jan. 22 — Renee M. Laidlaw, 45, of Center Township was arrested for driving the influence on North Benbrook Road in Center Township. A subsequent breath test showed her blood-alcohol level was 0.147 percent, according to court documents.A blood-alcohol level of 0.08 percent is considered intoxicated under state law.In addition to driving under the influence, Laidlaw is charged with a stop sign violation and careless driving.
