These items have been collected from various police departments.

Butler Police

12:35 p.m. Thursday — A car driven by Matthew T. Wagner, 38, of Butler struck three other cars parked on East Brady Street. Wagner’s car and one of the parked vehicles had to be towed away. The other two vehicle sustained minor damage.

10:08 a.m. Thursday — Chris A. Rettig, 45, of East Butler was hurt when a sport utility vehicle rear-ended the car she was driving on South Monroe Street. Rettig, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital with unknown injuries. Richard A. Paskosky, 44, of Center Township was driving the SUV.

9:21 a.m. Thursday — Lorraine C. Laconi, 84, of Butler was injured when the car she was driving and another car collided at East Brady and North Monroe streets. Laconi, who was wearing a seat belt, suffered unknown injuries. Kayla M. Guthrie, 26, of Lyndora was the other driver.

7:18 p.m. Wednesday — Richard Grooms, 64, of Cabot was hurt when a car driven by Mikayla A. Emery, 17, of Butler collided with the SUV that he was driving at South Main and East Wayne streets. Grooms, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital with minor injuries.

Evans City/Seven Fields Regional Police

10:38 p.m. April 1 — Steven H. Strutz, 27, was arrested after he allegedly assaulted his wife during a domestic dispute at their home on Waldron Avenue in Evans City. He is accused of punching and shoving Jessica Strutz, who suffered a bloody lip and facial swelling.

Jessica Strutz was treated at UPMC Passavant Cranberry for treatment of injuries to her face, arms and left shoulder.

When police got to the couple’s home, Steven Strutz was gone. Adams Township police were called to assist and found the suspect at his parents’ house in that township.

Strutz was handcuffed and placed in the back of the police car. While being driven back to Evans City, according to court documents, he manipulated the handcuffs from behind his back to his front.

The defendant was arraigned on charges of simple assault, harassment, driving with a suspended license-DUI related, authorized use of a vehicle, disorderly conduct and escape. He was placed in the Butler County Prison on $25,000 bail following arraignment.

Zelienople Police

1:22 a.m. March 31 — Meghan C. Taylor, 38, of Cranberry Township was arrested for suspected drunken driving on West Beaver Street. Police said they stopped Taylor’s car after she crossed the center line and fog lines, and nearly struck the bridge across from the Zelienople fire station.

Results of a subsequent blood test showed Taylor’s blood-alcohol was 0.171 percent, or more than twice the state’s 0.08 percent legal limit, according to court documents.

In addition to driving under the influence, she is charged with disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving.

Butler County Drug Task Force

Thursday — Tanni Kay Milligan, 23, of Butler was arrested in connection with a suspected drug deal last fall in Butler.

Milligan is accused of selling 10 stamp bags of heroin to a police informant on Center Avenue, according to court documents. The alleged $100 deal took place within 1,000 feet of the Center Avenue Elementary School, authorities said.

Butler police picked up Mulligan, who is charged by the county drug task force with delivery of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, both felonies. She also is charged with misdemeanor drug possession.

Milligan was arraigned on the charges and placed in the Butler County Prison on $25,000 bail.

State Police, Kittanning

9:26 a.m. Wednesday — One person was hurt in a two-vehicle wreck in East Franklin Township. The crash happened when a sport utility vehicle driven by Michael S. Klingensmith, 44, and a pick up truck driven by Larry L. Shearer, 67, both of Kittanning, collided on Route 422 just east of Glade Drive.

Klingensmith, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken to ACMH Hospital in East Franklin with minor injuries. Police said he was cited for disregarding traffic lanes.

State Police, Mercer

7:15 p.m. Wednesday — An unknown vandal shot a paint ball at a front window of a home in the 2800 block of Mercer Butler Pike in Liberty Township, Mercer County. The window screen was damaged.
