These items have been collected from various police departments:

9:30 a.m. Tuesday — A car driven by Nicole Moye-Jones, 45, of Pittsburgh hit the guard rail along an icy Woodbridge Drive in Slippery Rock Township. She was taken by Slippery Rock EMS to Grove City Medical Center for treatment of a neck injury.One of her passengers, Michael Smitherman, 38, of Aliquippa, received minor injuries. Smitherman was charged with violating a protection from abuse order filed by Moye-Jones by riding in the same vehicle. She was cited for driving too fast for conditions.6:56 p.m. Monday — A car driven by Casey Anthony, 24, of Renfrew and a PennDOT snow plow truck driven by Richard Matas, 25, of New Castle collided on Union Church Road in Adams Township. Anthony, who received minor injuries, was cited for not staying within the proper lane.11:04 p.m. Sunday — A car driven by Megan Rice, 27, of Butler hit a traffic sign along a snow-covered Mars Evans City Road in Forward Township. She was cited for not staying within the proper lane.5:53 p.m. Saturday — A car driven by Joseph Brandon, 27, of Butler struck the rear of a truck driven by Mervin Claypoole, 66, of Worthington on Route 422 in Clearfield Township. Brandon was taken to Allegheny General Hospital for treatment of moderate injuries. He was cited for not driving at a safe speed.Saturday — James Ealy of Parker Township reported the theft of four wheels from a Ford Mustang parked at 2003 Kittanning Pike between 1 and 5 a.m. Two of the chrome-and-black wheels are 10 inches wide and the other two were 25 inches wide.

The Butler County District Attorney's Office DUI Task Force will be conducting roving patrols beginning at 8 p.m. Sunday through 3 a.m. Monday due to the Super Bowl.
