7 a.m. Sunday — A Slippery Rock teen faces simple assault charges after allegedly biting Deanna Blust during a domestic dispute at a Bonniebrook Road home in Oakland Township. Police did not identify the 16-year-old suspect.1:42 a.m. Sunday — Ralph Sarvey, 70, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence at East Jefferson and Eau Claire streets in Butler. Just 48 hours earlier, police arrested Sarvey for DUI on Benbrook Road in Center Township.1:16 a.m. Sunday — David Simmons, 47, of West Sunbury was arrested for suspicion of DUI on Branchton Road in Cherry Township.Sunday — Police reported that two boys are accused of breaking several windows of the Old Muddy Creek Portersville School in Portersville on Oct. 10. The damage is estimated at $3,000. Police did not identify the suspects.8:50 p.m. Saturday — Sport utility vehicles driven by Joseph L. Cafeo, 60, of Pittsburgh and William J. Eiler, 81, of Parker collided at Route 268 and Parker Pike in Parker Township. Cafeo was cited for a stop sign violation.3:16 a.m. Saturday — A car driven by Jessica Zakkie, 34, of Slippery Rock struck a guardrail on Zion Church Road about a half mile south of Cooper Road in Worth Township. Zakkie was cited for a lane violation.11:58 p.m. Friday — Alex Garrubba, 21, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of DUI on Route 8 near Route 138 in Clay Township.Saturday — An iPod and a global positioning system unit was stolen from a vehicle at the Pine Glenn Apartments parking area on Keister Road in Slippery Rock Township. The theft occurred between 7:30 p.m. Friday and 1 p.m. Saturday.8:30 p.m. Friday — Two teens suffered moderate injuries after dirt bikes they were driving collided head-on on Harris Road in Summit Township. The youths, both 15 of Butler, were thrown from their bikes. Only one was wearing a helmet.The youths were flown by medical helicopters to Children's Hospital in Pittsburgh, and their conditions were not known this morning.7:17 a.m. Friday — A car driven by Jaime Fronapel-Hildebrand, 18, of Butler struck a mailbox on Route 138 about a half mile south of Beaver Dam Road in Clay Township. The car, after hitting the mailbox on the one side of the road, struck an embankment on the other side. Fronapel-Hildebrand was cited for a lane violation.3 a.m. Friday — A yellow Honda 400 EX all-terrain vehicle was stolen from a West Liberty Road home in West Liberty. The ATV is valued at $2,000.Friday — An unidentified vehicle struck and tore up about 30 feet of guardrail off a bridge on Meridian Road near Renfrew Road in Penn Township. The unknown driver did not stop after the crash.11:12 a.m. Thursday — An SUV driven by Darryl Kovacs, 49, of Cortland, Ohio, sideswiped another SUV and hit a guardrail on Interstate 79 in Cranberry Township. Kovacs was cited for careless driving. Nathan C. Defanti, 36, of Zelienople was the other driver.Wednesday — An unknown burglar between 9:40 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. stole 14 envelopes containing personal checks after breaking into a Bear Creek Road home in Winfield Township. The checks belonged to the home's resident as well as the Zion United Methodist Church of Cabot

2:20 a.m. Saturday — A 26-year-old Kittanning man was hurt when the motorcycle he was driving hit a deer on Route 128 about a half mile south of Nicholson Run Road in North Buffalo Township. Demetri Koval suffered moderate injuries in the crash.2:15 a.m. Saturday — A 22-year-old Sarver woman was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Route 356 near Silverville Road in Buffalo Township, Butler County. A police report did not identity the woman.
