1:16 a.m. Tuesday — Shayne L. Banner, 51, and Jackilinne J. Porter, 35, both of Butler, were cited for having a disorderly house after police were called to their 406 W. Wayne St. residence for a domestic disturbance. Police have been called to the residence for domestic disturbances 13 times since Feb. 10.9:58 p.m. Monday — Brian P. O'Donnell, 28, of Butler was charged with robbery by force after he allegedly tried to steal a $4 bottle of body wash from the Dollar General on Main Street, then fought with employees who attempted to prevent him from leaving the store.1:28 a.m. Monday — Storm L. Comly, 20, and Kayla N. Lahey, 19, both of Butler, were charged with simple assault following a fight between the two at Comly's 325 School St. residence. Lahey also was cited for harassment.11:17 a.m. Oct. 5 — Jeanetta L. Emmert, 34, of Lyndora was cited for retail theft and public drunkenness after she allegedly tried to take about $60 worth of merchandise from Kmart without paying.8:43 a.m. Oct. 5 — John R. Lepley III, 40, of Butler was charged with fraudulent title/registration, driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance following a traffic stop along Hansen Avenue. Lepley, who has six prior citations for driving under suspension, was pulled over due to an active warrant out of Butler County.

10:56 a.m. Sunday — Matthew Sheppeck, 19, of Butler was cited for underage consumption after police responded to a disturbance call along Old Plank Road.2:25 a.m. Sunday — Barbara Vinroe, 49, of Renfrew was charged with DUI, accidents involving damage to unattended property, failure to notify police of accident, driving at unsafe speed and careless driving following a traffic accident at the intersection of Whitestown Road and Colonial Avenue. Vinroe allegedly struck several signs and a tree near the intersection, then drove away from the scene before being discovered at the intersection of Meridian Road and Lea Drive by police, who followed a 2.5-mile-long gouge mark allegedly left in the road by Vinroe's vehicle.11:45 p.m. Friday — David Cavanaugh, 65, of Butler was arrested under suspicion of DUI following a traffic accident at the corner of Home Avenue and Whitestown Road. Cavanaugh allegedly failed to obey a stop sign and struck a tree at the intersection, suffering minor injuries.11:50 p.m. Thursday — A 58-year-old man claimed to have been assaulted by three unknown white men just before midnight as he was walking along Pittsburgh Pike Road. The victim suffered injuries to his face and body as he attempted to fight off the attackers, who fled on foot.1:58 p.m. Sept. 28 — Mary Fotta, 35, of Butler was charged with retail theft, criminal conspiracy and disorderly conduct after she allegedly stole about $2,033 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. James Petrigni, 47, of Butler was charged with criminal conspiracy in the same incident.Grove City PoliceOct. 2 — A 14-year-old juvenile was charged with theft by unlawful taking after he or she allegedly stole a cell phone from a locker at the Grove City Middle School.

1:45 a.m. Monday — Christopher DiCarlo, 21, of Erie claimed to have been assaulted by several black men in the parking lot of the Heights apartment complex in Slippery Rock Township. He was treated for facial injuries at Butler Memorial Hospital and released.1 a.m. Monday — Police are searching for a 17- to 21-year-old man, about 5-feet-10-inches tall and weighing about 150 pounds after the individual attempted to burglarize two homes along Green Street in Chicora. The burglar was last seen wearing blue jeans, gray athletic shoes and a brown sweatshirt. He donned a dark Halloween mask when confronted by one of the victims before fleeing the household. Police did not report anything stolen.Wednesday — D and D Auto Salvage of Fawn Township, Allegheny County, was cited for improper transfer to a scrap metal processor, as well as several other Scrap Theft Prevention Act violations, after the business allegedly bought and crushed a vehicle without a title.

2:37 a.m. Monday — Justin E. Gates, 24, of Ellwood City was charged with simple assault and recklessly endangering another person after he allegedly physically assaulted a pair of women, in the presence of a 2-year-old child, at a residence on Village Drive in Wayne Township, Lawrence County.
