The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Sept. 21 — Joshua Michael Pethel, 40, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count of failure to register with state police.

Sept. 18 — William E. McBride III, 42, was charged with one misdemeanor count of possession of controlled substances following a Sept. 17 incident. Police said they pulled McBride over for an expired registration and found illegal drugs.

Sept. 22 — Jovoni Ikaika Moses, 22, of Youngstown, was charged with misdemeanor counts of DUI and possession of marijuana following a July 3 traffic stop in Franklin Township. Police said Moses was going 81 mph in a 55 mph zone and had marijuana in his car.

Sept. 22 — John David Mackalica Jr., 47, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of DUI following a June 7 traffic stop in Muddy Creek Township. Police said Mackalica tested positive for cocaine.

Sept. 22 — Daniel Leroy Wheeler Jr., 35, of Slippery Rock, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of DUI following an Aug. 30 incident in West Liberty. Police said Wheeler had a blood alcohol content of 0.335%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
