Butler Township police and state police are investigating a vehicle vs. pedestrian crash Saturday evening, Nov. 7, that left the pedestrian possibly not breathing.

According to Butler County Emergency Services dispatch reports, emergency responders from Butler Township were alerted to the crash at 5654 Whitestown Road in Butler Township just before 6:30 p.m. Saturday.

Following the crash, emergency services closed Whitestown Road between Lawrence Avenue and North Woodlawn Road, according to Butler County Emergency Services dispatch recordings.

By 8:55 p.m., dispatch said it the road didn’t appear to have reopened.
