BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:
Rose M. Comly, 46, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed June 19 by township police. Comly was ordered to pay $421.50 in fines and court costs.
Shannon L. Larimore, 32, of Butler waived to court a charge of flight to avoid apprehension, trial or punishment, filed Sept. 9 by township police.
Kasey L. Spurk Leonard, 18, of Renfrew waived to court a charge of theft, filed Oct. 21 by township police.
James T. Matuke III, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of defiant trespass, resisting arrest, loitering and prowling at night, disorderly conduct, and possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 17 by township police.
Justin D. Ortego, 26, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Oct. 24 by township police. Ortego was ordered to pay $471.50 in fines and court costs.
Dusty L. Schnur, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking, theft of lost or mislaid property, and receiving stolen property, filed Oct. 14 by township police.
David Lee Stoughton, 27, of Ford City, Armstrong County, pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Oct. 24 by Butler County Community College police. Stoughton was ordered to pay $471.50 in fines and court costs.
Michael A. Timko IV, 35, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Sept. 29 by township police. Timko was ordered to pay $221.50 in fines and court costs.
Brittany D. Wiegreff, 23, of Portersville waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and retail theft, filed Oct. 24 by township police.
Jacqueline S. Wiest, 20, of Butler was held for court on a charge of retail theft, filed Sept. 11 by township police.

Mclay, 25, of Cowansville, Armstrong County, waived to court charged of DUI, failure to carry registration, failure to keep right, disregard of traffic lane and careless driving.
