SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:
Alessandro J. Armbrust, 19, of New Brighton, Beaver County, pleaded guilty to two counts of disorderly conduct, filed Jan. 6 by Middlesex Township police. Armbrust was ordered to pay $408 in fines and court cost.
David A. Bigenho, 52, of Sarver waived to court five counts of simple assault, filed Jan. 9 by Buffalo Township police.
Meghan C. Cavanaugh, 27, of Renfrew waived to court charges of filing a false insurance claim, insurance fraud, acquiring a controlled substance by fraud, conspiracy to acquiring a controlled substance by fraud, forgery and theft by deception, filed Dec. 17 by the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s office.
Caitlyn J. Collier, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 29 by Middlesex Township police.
Robert L. Fry, 35, of Butler waived to court charges of attempted homicide, aggravated assault, simple assault, possessing a prohibited offensive weapon, possessing instruments of crime, harassment, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, filed Dec. 30 by state police.
Ryan J. Gray, 20, of Cranberry Township pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Jan. 6 by Middlesex Township police. Gray was ordered to pay $372.50 in fines and court costs.
Cherie S. Johnson, 46, of Butler waived to charges of driving under the influence, filed April 24 by Middlesex Township police.
Benjamin A. Leshow, 24, of Ligonier, Westmoreland County, waived to court a charge of bad checks, field Dec. 10 in a private complaint by Thoma Meat Market in Saxonburg.
Wyatt A. McQueen, 24, of Freeport waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, reckless driving and a seat belt violation, filed Oct. 20 by state police.
Deilia L. Nichitel, 21, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Jan. 6 by Middlesex Township police. Nichitel was ordered to pay $272.50 in fines and court costs.
Alexis B. Perion, 21, of Valencia waived to court charges of DUI, possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, failing to carry her driver’s license, driving on the wrong side of the road, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, fled Dec. 10 by state police.
Jayden T. Perkins, 18, of Wexford waived to court charges of DUI, driving under the influence of a controlled substance and driving on the wrong side of the road, filed Dec. 29 by Middlesex Township police.
John J. Spencer, 20, of Tarentum was held for court on charges of terroristic threats, underage possession of alcohol and two counts of disorderly conduct, filed Jan. 14 by Buffalo Township police.
Robert Swartz, 66, of Herminie pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal mischief, filed Oct. 29 by Middlesex Township police. Swartz was ordered to pay $821.50 in restitution, fines and court costs.
Andrew C. Sykes, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 11 by Middlesex Township police.
Dawn R. Thompson, 39, Apollo waived to court charges of filing a false insurance claim, insurance fraud, acquiring a controlled substance by fraud, conspiracy to acquiring a controlled substance by fraud, forgery and theft by deception, filed Dec. 17 by the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s office.
Evan B. Toth, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, underage drinking, disobeying traffic control devices, driving on the wrong side of the road, careless driving and a stop sign violation, filed Dec. 11 by state police.

Ethan R. Boyd, 29, of Worthington waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and a seat belt violation, filed July 7.
Jessica L. Cartwright, 35, of Chicora was held for court on charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Oct. 17. Cartwright in a separate case filed Nov. 18 waived to court charges of acquiring a controlled substance by fraud, possessing a controlled substance and identity theft, filed Nov. 18.
Victoria Ann Duffy, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, underage drinking, driving without a license, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes, driving too fast for conditions, careless driving, hit-and-run, failing to immediately notify police of an accident and not wearing a seat belt, filed Jan. 14.
Jason G. Hartman, 41, of Butler waived to court a charge of DUI, filed Jan. 8.

Markie J. Davis, 20, of Warren, waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and a stop sign violation, filed Dec. 10 by Slippery Rock University police.
Andre L. Hall, 19, of New Castle waived to court charges of retail theft and tampering with fire apparatus filed Nov. 3 by SRU police. Hall in a separate case filed by Nov. 4 by SRU police waived charges of disorderly conduct, defiant trespass and harassment.
