BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases filed by township police:

James A. Cogley, 34, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed Sept. 4.

Whitney M. Dunlap, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Sept. 18.

Tanya M. Johnston, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft, conspiracy and possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed Sept. 4.

Kristi K. Kiefer, 36, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Sept. 10.

Eric J. Mulneix, 46, of Chicora waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving at an unsafe speed, following too closely to another vehicle and driving with suspended registration, filed Oct. 13

Kathryn A. Nagle, 41, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and conspiracy, filed Sept. 4.

Vincent L. Nielsen, 43, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Oct. 15.

Bryan L. Presco, 44, of Butler was held for court on charges of terroristic threats and harassment, filed June 15.

Amber D. Selfridge, 33, no known address, was held for court on charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed Feb. 7.

SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Tim Shaffer recently heard these cases:Justin S. Gutauskas, 21, of Lyndora waived to court charges of receiving stolen property and conspiracy, filed Sept. 17 by state police.Eric W. Hyer, 35, of Slippery Rock waived to court a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Aug. 12 by state police.Carl D. Jackson, 32, of Boyers waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possessing drug paraphernalia, disregarding traffic lanes, failing to yield to an emergency vehicle, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed Oct. 2 by state police.Jackson, in a separate case filed Aug. 22 by Slippery Rock police, waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.Melissa S. Tilton, 35, of Girard, Ohio, waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Aug. 15 by state police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Jesse W. McFarland, 20, of Butler waived of court charges of driving under the influence, hit-and-run, failing to immediately notify police of an accident, failing to give information and render aid, driving at an unsafe speed, driving on the wrong side of the road, careless driving and underage drinking, filed July 31.Richard J. Nolan Jr., 44, of Butler waived to court a charge of stalking, filed Sept. 3.Julie Ann Speicher, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed Sept. 13.
