Wayside Community Church at 1911 Mercer Grove City Road, will host a special mission service at 10:30 a.m. Sunday with guest speakers Robert Bolois and clients from New Destiny Treatment Center in Clinton, Ohio.
The center is a long-term, Christian faith-based, residential treatment facility. Clients will be sharing personal testimonies regarding their struggle with chemical dependency and current recovery.

[naviga:h3]Harrisville church hosts Life Gate[/naviga:h3]
HARRISVILLE — Life Gate, a ministry from Mount Zion Baptist Church in Prospect, will play at 7 p.m. Sunday at Harrisville United Methodist Church, 301 S. Main St.
The group shares the love of Jesus through music and personal testimonies.
There is free admission. A love offering will be received. There will be a meet and greet after the concert.
[naviga:h3]First Saturday Devotions slated[/naviga:h3]
First Saturday Devotions are set for 8 a.m. Saturday at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church, 127 Franklin St., beginning with an 8 a.m. Mass followed by the rosary.
After the Mass, there will be a meeting in the Collins Room with the Rev. Aleksandr Schrenk discussing the rosary.
[naviga:h3]October Holy Hours scheduled[/naviga:h3]
The Holy Hour for Peace will begin at 7 p.m. Monday at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church, 128 N. McKean St.
There will be Prayers for Peace, Vocations, On Mission for the Church Alive, Novena Prayers of Our Lady of Perpetual Help, rosary and Benediction.
The Divine Mercy Holy Hour starts at 7 p.m. Oct. 16 at St. Paul.
There will be Prayers for Family Healing, Divine Mercy Chaplet and Benediction.
