Jacob Szul and Leela Hyatt were named the 2026 Tornado prince and princess at Butler High School’s homecoming Friday, Oct. 9.

Jacob is the son of Richard and Kelli Szul, of Butler. Leela is the daughter of Derek and Tricia Hyatt, of Connoquenessing.

Other members of Butler’s homecoming court were Malaya Azarcon, Caroline Bradrick, Addison Dumbaugh, Victorian Fundark, Chase Boden, Blake Miller, Bryson Myrlie and Finnegan Winkler.

Butler won the homecoming game against Baldwin High School, 42-0.
