The United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania is expanding its Bridges Society to Butler County. The philanthropic society provides a platform for young professionals to exchange ideas with others to support the Butler community.

United Way’s Bridges Society welcomes people under the age of 45 who are looking for unique professional and personal development opportunities. The donor affinity group is launching with a virtual happy hour beginning at 4:30 p.m. Thursday to welcome all young professionals and reconnect members with drinks and good conversation. The event will kick off with a cocktail master class, followed by breakout sessions on financial planning, career path flexibility, and mental health and wellness.
