6:23 p.m. Saturday — A 13-year-old Butler boy was not injured when the bicycle he was riding collided with a sport utility vehicle at West Brady and Broad streets. Police believe the boy did not stop at the intersection.While the youth was not hurt, police said, the front forks of his bike were bent from the crash. Douglas E. Smith, 44, of Butler was driving the SUV.11:14 a.m. Saturday — A dump truck driven by Russell McCombs, 45, of Butler Township struck a utility pole at East Jefferson and Main streets. After hitting the pole, a utility trailer being towed by the truck hit a car driven by Jeffrey Scot Green, 52, of Middlesex Township.9:58 p.m. Friday — Tywann R. Windham, 24, of Butler was arrested on drug charges after he was allegedly found with 36 bags of suspected marijuana and a digital scale at South Chestnut and West Cunningham streets.Police said Windham was arraigned on charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was placed in the Butler County Prison in lieu of $5,000 bail, following arraignment.

8 a.m. Monday — A 12-gauge, Winchester 1300 shotgun and a Montgomery Ward Western Field, 20-gauge shotgun and .22-caliber rifle were among the property stolen in a burglary at a Keister Road home in Cherry Township.Also stolen was a Craftsman cordless drill with charger, a 16-inch Craftsman chain saw, a Weedeater, two electric drills and a Bosch grinder. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 724-284-8100.1:50 a.m. Monday — Wesley Hannold, 27, of Knox, Clarion County was arrested for driving under the influence following a traffic stop at Routes 268 and 58 in Hovey Township, Armstrong County.1:45 a.m. Monday — Dylan Engles, 18, of Saxonburg was arrested for DUI on Herman Road near Osche Road in Summit Township. In addition to DUI, police said Engles faces charges of underage drinking and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.Sunday — Someone stole an in-dash compact disc player/radio from a car at a West Sunbury Road home in Clay Township. The theft occurred between 2 and 3 a.m.10:50 p.m. Saturday — Brandon T. Holmes, 28, of Pittsburgh was not injured when his car caught fire shortly after pulling off to the side of Interstate 79 near Sawyer Road in Lancaster Township.10:20 p.m. Saturday — A car driven by Dorian C. Vonada, 25, of Pittsburgh and a pickup truck driven by Pamela S. Steiner, 46, of Slippery Rock collided at Routes 8 and Route 108 in Slippery Rock Township. Steiner suffered a minor injury.4:45 p.m. Saturday — A 17-year-old Cabot boy was charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle after he allegedly took a vehicle from a Bicker Road home in Winfield Township without the owner's permission.1:42 a.m. Saturday — Mark Smith, 24, of Butler was arrested for DUI at Bonniebrook Road near Pine Drive in Summit Township.1:10 a.m. Saturday — Alyssa J. Jamison, 22, of Grove City was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on Route 8 near the Switchback racetrack in Clay Township.Saturday — Someone tossed about playground items and dumped garbage down a slide, then "dug out" anti-Semitic words in mulch that lines the playground at Clearfield Elementary School in Clearfield Township.The vandalism occurred between 11 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Saturday. Due to the weight of the strewn property, the vandals are believed to be boys in their mid- to late-teens. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 724-284-8100.Saturday — Kristen Clark, 19, of Butler and Justin Mohoska, 26, of Pittsburgh were charged with theft after they allegedly stole a laptop computer and checks belonging to Shawn Clark of Butler.The suspects, police said, allegedly bought a gaming system with the checks then traded in both items for cash.Saturday — Someone between 11 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. Saturday smashed a mailbox at a Cherokee Drive home in Center Township.2 p.m. Friday — Cars driven by Betty Ferguson, no age given, and Attilio Tosi, no age given, both of Butler collided at East Butler Road and Rustic Ridge Lane in Summit Township.Friday — An unknown thief stole unspecified items from an unlocked car at a Wick Road home in Slippery Rock Township. The theft occurred between 9 p.m. Thursday and 5:30 a.m. Friday.5:05 p.m. Thursday — A car driven by Brian R. Puccid, 33, of McKeesport, Allegheny County, and a car driven by Daniel K. Locke, 22, of Butler collided on Herman Road near Rail Lane in Summit Township. Puccid suffered minor injuries.5 p.m. Thursday — William John Smith III, 28, of North Washington is accused of forgery and other charges after he allegedly stole blank checks belonging to Smith Incredibull Farms on Oneida Valley Road in North Washington and cashed the checks for $10,684.Wednesday — A farm tractor driven by Gregory Kohlmeyer, no age given, of Boyers and a sport utility vehicle driven by Joseph Hanna, no age given, of Harrisville collided on Route 58 in Venango Township.1 p.m. May 12 — A tractor trailer's load shifted when two springs broke, causing the rig to overturn on Route 38 just north of Eau Claire in Cherry Valley. Police said Jack L. Bush, 52, of Lower Burrell, Westmoreland County, was driving the vehicle.May 10 — Someone stole a gun belonging to Kathleen E. Bragdon of Slippery Rock from a residence along Duffy Road in Slippery Rock. Anyone with information should call police at 724-284-8100.

7:20 p.m. Saturday — Thomas Perry Brown, 38, of Slippery Rock was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence at Routes 208 and 285 in Springfield Township.2 a.m. Friday — Stephen J. Townley, 28, of Orlando, Fla., was arrested for suspicion of DUI at Cranberry Road and Dogwood Lane in Pine Township.

Saturday — A man and woman stole 63 packs of cigarettes between 3:27 and 4:07 a.m. after breaking into the Tic Toc Store along Route 65 in Slippery Rock Township, Lawrence County.The unknown burglars, both wearing masks, caused about $500 in damage to the store's front door, camera and telephone line, police said. The stolen cigarettes are valued at $515.May 16 — A Lincoln 220-volt wire welder was stolen in a theft at a Sylvania Road home in Scott Township.
