FRANKLIN TWP — The Prospect Community Day Car Cruise will be held from 4 to 7:30 p.m. Saturday at the Fairground Market, Route 422 across from the Butler County Fairgrounds.

KARNS CITY — Karns City Broadway Junior Summer Theater Camp will run from noon to 3 p.m. June 20 to 24 and from 5 to 8 p.m. June 25 in the auditorium of Karns City High School, 1446 Kittanning Pike.The camp is open to students in kindergarten to grade 8 from any school district. FORD CITY — The Armstrong School District will conduct the GED (General Educational Development) 2002 test from 6 to 10 p.m. June 14 and 15 at the Ford City High School library, Fourth Avenue and 11th Street. GIBSONIA — Participants ages 3 to 17 are sought for the 23rd annual Butler County Kids Pageant, set for July 17 at the Kean Theatre in Gibsonia.Divisions are Little Miss Butler County and Little Mr. Butler County, ages 3 to 7; Young Miss Butler County and Young Mister Butler County, ages 8 to 12; and Teen Miss Butler County and Teen Mr. Butler County, ages 13 to 17.For applications or information, call 724-287-0576. MUDDY CREEK TWP — The Keystone Trails Association will kick off its summer volunteer Trail Crew season with a workweek that begins Tuesday and ends at noon June 5.The crew will be based at the Davis Hollow Cabin in Moraine State Park, where camping will be available. Meals will be provided.
