1 hurt in crash on Route 228
At least one motorist was injured Monday afternoon in a four vehicle crash at the intersection of Route 228 and Mars-Valencia Road. Responders arrived around 1:50 p.m. and began clearing vehicles from the road and tending to motorists. Police said all vehicles were headed east bound and officers are investigating the cause of the crash.
