District Judge Dave Kovach recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:

Matthew Anthony Gebrosky, 25, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on April 2 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Crystal Lynn Carson, 24, of Bridgeville waived her case to court. Police on March 12 charged her with retail theft and conspiracy.

Derrick M. Smith, 24, of Freedom waived his case to court. Police on April 2 charged him with access device fraud.

Karri Ann Davis, 21, of McKees Rocks waived her case to court. Police on March 28 charged her with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, careless driving and driving with a suspended license.

Damian Robert Miller, 31, of South Park waived his case to court. Police on June 12 charged him with retail theft and receiving stolen property.

James Albert Sopher, 26, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on Sept. 19 charged him with driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Police on April 12 charged him with retail theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief.Stefanie A. Racette, 27, of Mars waived her case to court. Police on May 20 charged her with burglary, conspiracy, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.Austin James Malone, 22, of Zelienople waived his case to court. Police on April 25 charged him with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.Charles Jason Cotto, 36, of Valencia waived his case to court. Police on May 17 charged him with burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, possession of drug paraphernalia and conspiracy.Audrey Marie Nicola, 18, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. Police on April 12 charged her with making a false report, possession of drug paraphernalia and purchasing alcohol as a minor.Jeffrey Joseph Tokarsky, 54, of Valencia waived his case to court. Police on April 9 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Douglas M. Szramowski, 19, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on April 19 charged him with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, careless driving, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.Michael Lloyd Apjok, 33, of Indiana waived his case to court. Police on April 1 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.Kathleen M. Redington, 46, of Harmony waived her case to court. Police on May 2 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol.Scott Alan Riedell, 35, of Clairton had his case held for court. Police on Dec. 10 charged him with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, careless driving, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.Henry Leo Stefanacci, 48, of Zelienople waived his case to court. Police on April 10 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.Carley Alexis Leon, 20, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. Police on April 2 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol.Tara Dawn Bennett, 32, of Valencia waived her case to court. Police on April 9 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Robert C. Pollock, 39, of Valencia waived his case to court. Police on April 9 charged him with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving a car with suspended registration and possession of marijuana.Matthew Edward Jones, 36, of Valencia had his case held for court. Police on Feb. 27 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and operating a car without valid inspection.Kara Marie Henderson, 29, of Zelienople waived her case to court. Police on May 8 charged her with defiant trespass.Matthew Mark Dwyer, 25, of Freedom waived his case to court. Police on April 1 charged him with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

District Judge Lewis StoughtonCHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Jonathan Crum, 26, of Slippery Rock waived to court 12 counts of institutional sexual assault, five counts of corruption of minors, and two counts each of indecent assault, possessing child pornography and criminal solicitation of child pornography, filed May 13.Alvin G. Gray, 71, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes and driving at an unsafe speed, filed May 29.Lori Ann Prouty, 39, of Buffalo, N.Y., waived to court a charge of theft, filed May 6.Maria Joy Recupero, 29, of Kittanning waived to court charges of retail theft and possessing drug paraphernalia, filed March 31.Malinda Schlemmer, 28, of Slippery Rock waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed March 22.Stephen J. Willetts, 38, of Fenelton was held for court on charges of DUI, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Feb. 26.
