BRADY TWP — Snowshoes are free to borrow from December through February when conditions are suitable at Jennings Environmental Education Center, 2951 Prospect Road.

Snowshoes are available to use within the park on a first-come, first-served basis, and there is no charge. One person in the party must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.

Snowshoes are available between the hours of 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. (and need to be returned by 3 p.m.) when the center is open, which is typically Monday to Friday and on snowy Saturdays.

The center will close at 11 a.m. on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve and will be closed on Christmas and New Year’s Day.
