BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:

Shane M. Caldwell, 26, of Butler waived to court two counts each of identity theft, access device fraud, theft by deception, retail theft and receiving stolen property, and charges of conspiracy to commit ID theft, conspiracy to commit access device fraud and conspiracy to commit theft by deception, filed Jan. 28 by township police.

Ashli M. Dove, 18, of Butler waived to court charges of identity theft, conspiracy to commit ID theft, access device fraud, conspiracy to commit access device fraud, theft by deception, retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed Jan. 28 by township police.

Mickey T. Fazzino, 38, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, speeding and careless driving, filed Jan. 22 by township police.

Ryan C. Furl, 40, of Butler waived to court three counts each of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Jan. 22 by township police.

Michael A. Harter, 42, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault, resisting arrest and harassment, filed Feb. 11 by township police.

Michael Ilyankoff, 64, of Cheswick, Allegheny County, pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Dec. 6 by township police. Ilyankoff was ordered to pay $457.50 in fines and court costs.

Marcus J. Oliver, 23, of Warren, Ohio, waived to court two counts of receiving stolen property and charges of carrying a gun without a permit, and possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia filed Sept. 12 by township police.

Spencer R. Upton, 21, of Mercer waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and a lane violation, filed Jan. 16 by state police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases:Jessica L. Cartwright, 33, of Chicora waived to court a charge of insurance fraud, filed Dec. 17 by the Pennsylvania Attorney General's office.David E. Claypoole, 22, of Hilliards waived to court three counts of simple assault and charges of reckless endangerment, careless driving and reckless driving, filed Feb. 11 by state police.Brian J. Connors, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and following too closely to another vehicle, filed Dec. 10 by state police.Melissa A. Lemieux, 45, of Kennerdell, Venango County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving without a license, driving without insurance, driving on the wrong side of the road, disregarding traffic lanes, driving too fast for conditions, careless driving and a seat belt violation, filed Jan. 13 by state police.Dewayne A. McFadden, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, fleeing or attempting to elude police, disobeying a traffic control device, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes, making an improper turn, driving too fast for conditions and not wearing a seat belt, filed Jan. 17 by state police.Charles R. Weltner, 50, of Butler waived to court two counts each of possessing a controlled substance and forgery, filed in two separate cases Sept. 30 by state police.Jodi L. Wyant, 42, of Slippery Rock waived to court a charge of receiving stolen property, filed Oct. 18.

District Judge Dave Kovach recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:Justin James Roznowski, 27, of Gibsonia waived his case to court. Police on Dec. 18 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a suspended license.Christopher Michael Dahlstrom, 20, of Mars waived his case to court. Police on Dec. 23 charged him with criminal trespass, possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, public drunkenness and defiant trespass.Deborah Casciani, 43, of Wexford waived her case to court. Police on Jan. 9 charged her with retail theft.Clifford John Reiser, 49, of Cranberry Township had his case held to court. Police on Nov. 21 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a suspended license.Thomas R. Herdlick, 29, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on June 25 charged him with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.Raymond Zielinski, 59, of Ambridge waived his case to court. Police on Jan. 4 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.Mary Arlene Detar, 32, of Pittsburgh had her case held to court. Police on Jan. 17 charged her with retail theft.Gregory Kevoian, 42, no given address, waived his case to court. Police on Feb. 5 charged him with theft of service.
