Crowning Touch
The new sign and Pennsylvania state seal command the view of West Diamond Street 50 feet up the newly renovated facade of the Butler County Government Center, 124 W. Diamond St. The 6-foot diameter seal and 20-inch polished aluminum letters were created and installed by Steve Peffer of Butler. It was the finishing touch in a $3.5 million exterior renovation of the government center that began more than a year ago and features new concrete, landscaping and custom aluminum siding. Uhl Construction of Allison Park was the primary contractor.
