Butler Township Police10:07 p.m. Thursday — Myron Sivak, 62, of Butler was charged with two counts of recklessly endangering another person and one count of discharging a firearm into an occupied structure after he allegedly fired a gun inside a residence on the 200 block of Stoneridge Boulevard. The bullet entered a neighboring residence that was occupied by two people, injuring neither.Thursday — A pickup truck driven by Katelyn Croy, 22, of Harrisville, a car driven by Alyssa Kummer, 20, of Butler and a car driven by John Traister, 62, of Rimersburg collided on New Castle Road near Barracks Road.

State Police, Butler9:52 a.m. Thursday — An SUV driven by Benjamin W. Bobbert, 26, of Emlenton and a car driven by Matthew T. McCoy, 33, of Kennerdell collided on Oneida Valley Road near Stone Church Road in Allegheny Township. Bobbert suffered a minor injury and was cited for driving on roads laned for traffic.5:38 a.m. Wednesday — A car driven by Daniel L. Mercer, 26, of Zelienople struck a deer on Interstate 79 in Cranberry Township.10:03 p.m. Nov. 3 — A car driven by Richelle L. Rice, 43, of Butler struck a deer on Route 8 near Maplewood Drive in Center Township.3 p.m. Oct. 21 — GPS units were stolen from the cars of three slippery Rock residents — Cheryl Kerchis, Robin Johnston and Cursty McClure — while the vehicles were parked on Arrowhead Drive and Crossbow Lane in Slippery Rock Township between 8 p.m. Oct. 20 and 3 p.m. Oct. 21.

State Police, Kittanning5:45 p.m. Wednesday — A car driven by Paul G. Newbury, 66, of Emlenton and an SUV driven by David A. Shaffer Jr., 20, of Vandergrift collided on Dime Road near Gavers Ferry Road in Parks Township, Armstrong County. Shaffer suffered a minor injury.
