Transit authority buying new bus, 2 other vehicles
The Butler Transit Authority on Tuesday approved the purchase of a new compressed natural gas bus and two vehicles for employee use.
Authority board members agreed to buy a 45-foot MCI Coach bus for just less than $800,000 for the commuter service to and from Pittsburgh.
The board also approved the purchase of a new pick-up truck for about $49,000 and a new Ford Escape for about $27,000.
