SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Muhammad Abdulhafith, 29, of Butler waived to court a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Sept. 27 by Penn Township police.

Kenneth R. Carpenter, 27, of Valencia waived to court three counts each of aggravated assault, terroristic threats and disorderly conduct, six counts of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, driving under the influence, criminal mischief and abandoning a vehicle on the road, filed Oct. 28 by Penn Township police.

Devon A. Dixon, 21, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of aggravated assault, fleeing or attempting to elude police, theft, receiving stolen property, simple assault, criminal mischief driving at an unsafe speed, reckless driving and failing to stop at a red light, filed Oct. 17 by Buffalo Township police.

Jean M. Fleischer, 43, of Butler was held for court on three counts of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, careless driving, reckless driving and failing to keep right, filed Aug. 15 by state police.

Bruce E. Moody, 56, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of DUI, driving at an unsafe speed and failing to keep right, filed Aug. 23 by state police.

Daniel J. Murray, 26, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of terroristic threats and harassment and two counts of simple assault, filed Oct. 18 by state police.

Brian L. Stoops, 30, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI, filed Sept. 27 by Buffalo Township police.

Kenneth J. Turley, 55, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI and making an improper left turn, filed Aug. 27 by state police.

Zelda L. Wilbert, 65, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, filed Sept. 18 by state police.
