BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O’Donnell recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Shawn D. Ames, 27, of Butler was held for court on charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed July 22 by township police.

Jeffrey Andrasovsky, 57, of Butler was held for court on charges of indecent exposure and open lewdness, filed Aug. 27 by township police.

Robert W. Duffy, 46, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, filed Sept. 3 by township police. Duffy was ordered to pay $632.50 in fines and court costs.

Richard J. Dunkle, 64, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and driving at an unsafe speed, filed July 29 by township police.

Travis Duttine, 20, of East Brady, Clarion County, pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Aug. 19 by township police. Duttine was ordered to pay $309 in fines and court costs.

Ryan C. Hosey, 33, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and an open container violation, filed May 29 by township police.

Dorothy G. Lazzarotti, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving the wrong way on a one-way street and driving on the wrong side of the road, filed Sept. 3 by township police.

Stephen S. McClintock, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed Sept. 30 by township police.

Sarah J. Meinert, 33, of New Castle waived to court charges of retail theft and driving without a license, filed Aug. 13 by township police.

John L. Mohan Jr., 30, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed June 23 by township police. Mohan was ordered to pay $440.50 in fines and court costs.

Simon J. Miller, 26, of Fenelton waived to court four counts each of forgery, identity theft and access device fraud, and charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed April 1 by township police.

Miller, in a separate case filed April 11 by township police, waived to court nine counts of forgery and charges of identity theft, access device fraud, theft and receiving stolen property.

Carrie R. Nelson, 31, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 28 by state police. Nelson was ordered to pay $570.50 in fines and court costs.

Cindy M. Osche, 33, of New Brighton, Beaver County, waived to court charges of DUI and a lane violation, filed June 25 by township police.

Candace Petry, 31, of Allison Park, Allegheny County, waived to court a charge of hindering apprehension or prosecution, filed Aug. 21 by township police.

Randy R. Plecha, 29, of Butler waived to court two counts of receiving stolen property and a charge of driving with a suspended license-DUI related, filed Sept. 21 by township police.

Jamie M. Ruggles, 27, of Butler waived to court a charge of theft by deception, filed Sept. 17 by township police.

Ja’Net C. Sherkosky, 38, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed Aug. 28 by township police.

Adam R. Took, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of inhaling solvents and illegal possession of solvents, filed July 19 by township police.

Took, in a separate case filed July 17 by township police, pleaded guilty to a charge of inhaling solvents. He was ordered to pay $520.50 in fines and court costs.

George, 28, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed July 26. George was ordered to pay $470.50 in fines and court costs.Mitchell A. Hilliard, 28, of Hilliards was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, driving on the wrong side of the road, a lane violation, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving, filed April 7.Paul A. McConnell, 25, of Portersville waived to court charges of trespass and conspiracy, filed June 25.Cynthia L.
