Brett Edmiston of Beaver Falls was named the recipient of the 2008-09 James D. Regal Aviation Scholarship.The $1,000 scholarship is awarded yearly in memory of Slippery Rock High School graduate James Regal, who was killed in a 2005 airplane crash.
