Maria Ferrese of Mars was awarded a $1,000 scholarship from Growmark.An agribusiness management major at Penn State University, she is the daughter of Joe and Amy Ferrese of Mars.Growmark, a regional agricultural supply and grain marketing cooperative, presented scholarships totaling $41,500 to students majoring in agriculture or accounting from 14 colleges and universities.
