Matthew Celestin of Silver Springs, Md., won the Wiley A. Branton Scholar Award at the 8th Annual Wiley A Branton/ Howard Law Journal Symposium.The Wiley A. Branton Scholar Award is presented each year to the Howard University School of Law student who has completed their first year with the highest grade point average.Celestin is a 2010 graduate of the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is a 2006 graduate of Butler High School.
